I just want to let people know that I had a very bad crash twice in two weeks after taking this magnesium product
There are some sites rhat say one type of magnesium is a DHT blocker. https://www.hims.com/blog/magnesium-l-threonate-hair-loss
Also the one I took is a high dose so that is probably a factor.
