Hi all, firstly I introduce myself: Sylviane, Association AVFIN, Post-Finasteride Syndrome France. First of all, I would like to thank all those who fight daily to bring your voices, your suffering and denounce this injustice. But, if I may allow myself, everyone has the opportunity at his level, with the remaining energy (sometimes very thin), with his personality, … to denounce and carry out small actions that, combined, will bring progress faster.
For example :
- carry out the pharmacovigilance declaration;
- Write to its Health Authorities (Agence Nation du Médicament, Regional Health Agency, Ministry of Health, FDA, EMA, WHO, …) to tell its journey with the molecule and ask for help;
- Write to its Political Authorities that have an obligation of reply;
- Inform specialists with a standard email and send some studies;
- to contact the press;
- Participate in surveys like those offered on this site ;
- Relay new information;
- Make a small Association in each country, which allows to have more visibility and does not prevent to collaborate with the whole community ;
- And so many more things …
You do not imagine the importance of your role and the power that we can have together.
I do not blame anyone, I can understand this feeling of helplessness, of abandonment, the evils that overwhelm you, … but it is important to become actors in order to awaken consciences.
What also harms us and makes the game of the laboratories, it is the anonymity, personally, I dream of the day where everybody can declare: “I am victim and I demand repair!”.
We start to be taken seriously, it’s time to act!
