Kenneth C. Frazier, take note: This is what a real man does in the face of unprecedented scandal:

Volkswagen CEO Martin Winterkorn Resigns Amid Scandal
Volkswagen CEO Martin Winterkorn resigned on Wednesday as the company grapples with an emissions cheating scandal, though he denied any personal wrongdoing. “I am shocked by the events of the past few days. Above all, I am stunned that misconduct on such a scale was possible in the Volkswagen Group," Winterkorn said in a statement. “I am doing this in the interests of the company even though I am not aware of any wrongdoing on my part.”

No one thinks that YOU, KCF, created Vioxx or finasteride. Or that you meant to kill anyone. But when it comes to light that that is what your company’s products have done – and with the knowledge that SOMEONE in the company is guilty – you either fall on your own sword and/or clean house by throwing some guilty party(s) under the bus.

What’s it gonna be?

Because the “see you in court” strategy don’t work in this day and age.

Will never happen Big Pharma has a lockhold on Congress, the whole fuckin government protects them. God Bless America. Land of shit and disease.

Not if we have anything to do with it, my friend.

Remember: if Bill Cosby can be brought down by The People, Kenneth C. Frazier can, too.

Um Bill Cosby is still running free and fine. His career has been ruined into the future, but he’s a geriatric who has already lived out his life and has millions in the bank, it doesn’t matter for him at this point.

Lets be realistic and not fool-hardy about this. Kenneth Frazier is not losing a wink of sleep over this, except on those nights when I called him at his house at 3am saying I was inquiring about Propecia side effects only to have him scream at me because his family was sleeping.

However he is not worried about going to jail or even losing a substantial amount of his money. Merck will continue, its business will continue, the people who run our world will see to it. You cannot “sue” and achieve real justice, Vioxx killed thousands yet Merck’s still around and doing quite well.

All the people who work at Merck making $30,000 - $200,000 a year and are simply worker bees are not missing any sleep either as long as their pay checks keep coming in. Nor are the private law firms and investigators that Merck hires to harass its critics.

It’s all about the money, and you can’t fight it using a system that is rigged to protect those with money.

Fair enough.

But if people like Frank Serpico, Erin Brockavich and Jeffrey Wigand had had that attitude, the world would be a lot worse place today.

By the way, if you don’t know who those people are, you should look them up.

Though you probably are not aware of it, you ALREADY owe a lot to them.

And one more thing: Bill Cosby DOES care. As his (former) pal Jimmy “JJ” Walker said, “Bill Cosby is the OJ Simpson of comedy.”

When one is Bill’s age, the Legacy – and public adoration – means a LOT more than the money.

Trust me.

Cosby should be in prison and die in a jail cell, that would be justice but it will never happen.

I know who all those people are you mentioned, but money isn’t justice in realistic terms, it just doesn’t send a powerful enough message to the next crooked corporation or business trying to swindle a few more dollars from people.

This is how you send a message, this is justice:

cnn.com/2009/WORLD/asiapcf/1 … index.html

Kenneth Fraizer and all of Merck’s top brass should hang from piano wire. That is justice, they killed people, they ruined lives, families and families that never were or will be. Kelly Pfaff’s children will never grow up to know their father, they will never have their father at their weddings, John will never get to have his son over his house for a weekend dinner again. These are things that no amount of money can ever give back and even if you put everyone who works at Merck in a slum because they lost all their money (which won’t happen here) it still wouldn’t be justice. Not even close.

So what I am saying is not to say “why bother”, what I am saying is demand greater action, demand true justice and stop fucking pussy footing around with these scumbags talking about lawsuits that isn’t justice its joke, a slap in the face. Capitalism is long running big laugh for those who have money because the whole game is rigged, until the people getting screwed finally realize just how badly their getting screwed and how much they’ve lost.
