voice's hormone, semen and blood test any feedback will help

this first test which i have at the bottom of the page. is from when i was 16 i don’t know if it will help at all. I was being tested for mono so they checked some of my hormones. Let me know if i can use this to help at all.

the next test is from my general doctor taken in january about a month after quiting propecia. My T levels seem to be higher than my test with the urologist.

the next three test our from my urologist, taken in may. four and a half months later.

the rest of the test our on my other post.

this is the continueing of the blood test from my urologist in may.

the last test is a semen analysis test.

Let know your feedback on if i should get anymore hormone and blood test.

my side effects include: weaker erections, decreased libido, no sensation when i have an orgasm, decreased ejaculation, and watery semen.

Your T/Free T levels seem pretty darn good. Estradiol could stand to be lowered, the optimum range for men is between 20-30 according to LEF.org.

Your sperm test is cause for concern, specifically Volume (result=1.4ml, range >2ml) and Morphology (result=1, range >14%)… the Abnormal Morphology (right side of page) is concerning, both your Head and Midpiece have a high number of defects, and only 1 Normal sperm?? I’m no scientist but that sounds alarming to me.

You also didn’t abstain long enough from ejaculation before taking the test – they say on the test you shouldn’t ejaculate for at least 2-7 days before taking it, but you took after after ejaculating 1 day before. That may have impacted your low volume level (result=1.4ml, range >2mL)

Also, you’re missing LH,FSH, and DHT from your tests, besides everything else – if you can, get everything tested as listed here: propeciahelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=92. FSH in particular relates to sperm production so you definitely should get it tested, since your sperm seems abnormal.

Since 5AR inhibitors like Finasteride have been associated with decreased fertility, it may take some time for your fertility to rise again. I would re-do your sperm test (abstain from ejaculating for a week before taking it) and see what the results are.

What did your doctor say about the sperm test?

thanks for your opinion mew, ya about the sperm test again my doctor reassured me that is was completely normal, but that seems to be a common theme with doctors. He told me to disregard the fact that i have one normal sperm. So should i be worried about my t levels dropping by like 50 points.

I wouldn’t be too concerned about your Testosterone levels at this stage, they are still quite high… if you get retested in another few months and it has dropped to like 600 or below, then it would seem there is a decline happening.

But remember, when you test hormones, its only a snapshot in time. Testosterone levels can fluctuate throughout the day, I hope you had these done before 10am.

The best way to check Testosterone would be via 24-hr urine or blood test (multiple samples over a 24-hr period).
