vitiligo on scrotum?

guys thank you for your help first of all

as you can see a de-colorization on my left scrotum. 1-2 years before when i have had first recognized that scar-like-thing, i though it was a negligible scar. now reading through hashimoto thyroidism(hypothroidism) and other autoimmune diseases comes together.

please help me to clarify what is that on my scrotum? vitiligo or not? thanks
showed it off to my endo and she said it has to be a thin skin where it stays on testicles too cool them. but i am still curious.:confused:

edit:if its not allowed to post genital images i am so sorry , but i feel down because of this.

I developed quite nasty eczema over much of my scrotum and areas of penis after the post finasteride crash

hello guys

i 've previously posted a message that i had vitiligo , it 's that much true , i ve seen some dermotologists here in my country, and the diagnosis is i have had probably have “tinae versicolor” : a yeast infection , fungal infection etc. kind of bacteria that is around all my body legs, arm hands .but they can hardly seen, also i have some of new ones coming with skin rash but very rare to the eye.

i dont know if its finasteride related ssue because no one mentioned that they had tinea versicolor in the past.
