It is a particular vitamin E which can inhibit the androgen receptor.
Vitamin E Succinate (VES) appears to reduce expression of the AR via post transcriptional alterations of the AR gene. That’s that I got from that.

We should stop fucking around vitamins. Vit C gave me severe constipation and acid reflux for a week. Vitamins are unpredictable.
High vitamin c causes diarrhea. Try 1grm a day man
Not diarrhea, i got acid reflux and burning stomach from it. Took 1 grm only.
