Vitamin + Diet Regime - Increased Wellbeing

 • Current Regime -

Noted improvements - Feeling of vitality , increased swimmers, increased energy, good nights rest.
This regime has generally helped my well-being a lot. I’m not saying it’s a cure, but i’m doing my best to increase my health and it defintley shows from this regime.
I’ve also managed to increase my body weight from 74 to 80 kgs which is great news. I was 89kgs(fit) prior to propecia. I’m not a doctor or prescribing this, I have created this on my own research. I have had some improvements.

Cheers,
