Vitamin D with Flaxseed Oil vs. Regular Vitamin D

Something strange is happening. I’ve started supplementing with vitamin D and it helps with morning erections and to some extent, maybe nocturnal erections. Intake 5000 iu daily at night.

I have two different kinds that I use. They are both vitamins D3, but one is in a gel cap while the other is a regular white pharmaceutical pill. I stopped taking the gel cap one after just one day of use because I noticed that it had flaxseed oil as an ingredient. I had read that flaxseed oil is estrogenic so I avoided the gel caps and only took the regular white pills.

Now I’m one of those people that has a lot of swelling from fin. My face has swelling most of the time and maybe this clue will shed light on my recent discovery.

The regular vitamin D without flaxseed helps me. I get harder, fuller erections and the volume of my fluids increase. However, I notice an even bigger improvement from he vitamin D with flaxseed oil! Erections are even harder and fuller. Flaccid penis is even bigger… Why is that?!

I’m afraid to continue taking the flaxseed. I’m afraid it will make me crash again. But I’m seeing improvements that surpass the benefits of regular vitamin D. And I thought flaxseed was bad for testosterone and good for estrogen. This has me very confused.

What do you guys think? What’s going in with me?

The flaxseel oil is used because Vit D should be taken with fats for better absorption. Flax oil is much better than some of the oils others put in it. Flax should be fine, but if are are still worried, just take the other one with olive or coconut oil. Coconut oil can be a 5ar inhibitor, but I use it daily and it helps.

who says Coconut Oil is 5AR? In India coconut is used as food a lot. Even in some areas food is cooked in Coconut Oil so these people should be impotent but the fact is opposite. Indian population is exploding.

Thanks moon man that explains it. I don’t know why vitamin D helps but it gives me better erections and combats shrinkage. It doesn’t help with the mental sides though. Only deep sleep does that. I’ve only been taking vitamin D for 8 days but I’m hoping that it will help with my sleep too and I’ll feel better mentally.

Do not take Vit D at night. It can degrade your sleep. Take it in morning or afternoon after a meal.

How so? please explain.
