Vit D experience

most people dont get vitamin d from the sun because i read in an article that you would need to not shower for 24 hours after sun exposure in order for the majority of the sun to turn into vitamin d.

also, i can see how vitamin d can help. i started drinking 2 vitamin d emergen-c’s everyday and i noticed feeling more normal after 3 or 4 days of no masturbation and drinking those. they definitely play a part… but they are by no means a cure.

are you still taking 5000 a day?
A month ago I started taking 2000 of d3 every day but had no changes. Yesterday I started taking 4000 a day, but im afraid of taking too much of this. Hows it been coming along for you?

Flamingpie, Do some research on the subject. A healthy person can burn through 5k iU in a day. Most of us likely need at least that much a day.

yeah i did some research and I was reading that the required amount for young adults is something like 600iu a day, and that extremely high dosages for a long period of time could be dangerous.

Not trying to question anyone, I just wanna make sure I don’t screw myself up any more than I already have.

This is incorrect information. The body produces vitamin d when exposed to sun. Not all vitamin D is absorbed immediately so some is left on the skin to be absorbed later. There isn’t a “delay” for the sun to turn into vitamin d.

if you’re taking vitamin C and not masturbating then either of them could be causing your improvement. You need to isolate these to determine if one or the other or only both together work.

I have been making great progress lately, and Vitamin D is one of the few things I do for treatment. A Centrum Multi-V, penis stretches and Kegel exercises are the others.

Hey Mike, how much Vit D do you take per day? and how long have you been taking it?

I take 5000IU daily, and have been taking it daily since around late January/early February. I don’t remember the specific date, but I believe it was the Tuesday or Wednesday before the super bowl.

I’m not certain if the reason for my progress is solely due to vitamin D, but given the fact that it is one of the few things I do, and that I have yet to see any negative side effects from it, I do support it.

I made a big post recently citing my progress in detail, so it could give you some more insight there, too.

Mike, how is your progress with usage of vitamin D3?

Can you post which brand and which form of tablets you took? how fast one could expect results from vitamin? is it helping you with genital insensitivity and libido/other or just with ED?
is it 5000 IU safe dose for long -term usage?which supplements one should avoid to take conccurently with vit.D3 (possible antagonists) and which goes along with D3?

Laters, Desperado.
