In this video she says numbness is another symptom people with visual snow have. I have visual snow and pfs. Maybe people without visual snow only have the numbness related to the nervous system.
I am a very avid snowboarder and ever since I got pfs 10 years ago, I get very intense visuals when snowboarding in low visibility - I can’t even go for more than a few minutes at a time if I get caught in a white out situation. I’ll have to close my eyes to rest them. It basically looks like a rainbow vortex tunnel forming constantly.
