The FDA is useless and should be eyed with extreme caution. Just because something is FDA approved doesn’t mean it’s safe, half the time they get paid off to push drugs to the market by lobbyists and board members within the pharmaceutical industry. Has anyone tried to reach out to Sherman Frankel, that you know of? I’m sure an class action attorney would love to call this guy to the stand with his study. I’m just wondering if the guy is still alive. His bio says he graduated from Brooklyn University in 1943. That should put him around 88.

Some of these quotes from study would compelling as part of a class action suit.

The FDA has approved a drug for which there are no long-termstudies that relate to sexually adverse effects and their correlations,adrug that must be taken for a lifetime by young men who wish to retain their hair.

(Of course, the knowledgeable user can decide for himself whether he wishes to take the negative risks, but there are no warnings in the drug insert that only longer-term tests can predict the probabilities and severity of the various adverse effects and that the potential user should take this into con
sideration.)

This guys data questioning their basis for only having two years of research on the drug is very compelling. How could you possibly know what the effects are on a man taking this drug for extended period of time. There wasn’t even a warning on the product label insert explaining the lack of long term studies on the drug or studies on long term use.
