He briefly mentioned something called ibogaine. This can refresh all receptors. Then he mentions estrogen, vitamin D and arachadonic acid will also resensitize the androgen receptors. Some of the comments mention iodine, mucuna, carnitine and fasting as well.
I’ve seen a couple of recoveries thanks to mucuna pruriens.
Iodine is also something that comes back often in recovery stories too.
The problem with bro-science like this is that people end up taking multiple things at the same time and then you have no clue which of the things is really working, or working against the other thing, or doing nothing.
It becomes a psychological thing like the placebo effect where if the dude says to take this, add that, drop that, do this only in the morning, etc etc…
