I agree on the Cialis instead of viagra. I would take the cialis every other day and noticed my testicles hanging better, instead of tight and close to my body, and my penis noticeably larger when flaccid. Like some others have mentioned, it had shrunk to the size of a child’s because of PFS
Also, now when I take Cialis, and because I have so little feeling down there since PFS, it’s easy to distract myself and delay orgasm to the point where I can exhaust my partner, which they don’t like. And disappointingly, there is such little sensation, I hardly feel when I’ve penetrated, and don’t even feel oral sex, which I almost never received before, and would absolutely excite me,
I wish you success with Cialis, and offer this advice my urologist and others provided, and that is to avoid spicy foods, caffeine, sugar and alcohol for improved erections. That’s the opposite of what I was doing, which was to have a drink, a Red Bull or two, and a Viagra, which really “seemed” to help me before needing to perform.
