Viagra, ED drug effectiveness

Hey Guys,

I’m writing this to develop an updated understanding of the effectiveness of ED medication - specifically Viagra but also Cialis and Levitra. I’ve been dealing with PFS for almost four years now and it has been an incredibly challenging journey. I’ve experienced many of the symptoms, primarily mental and sexual.

As far as my recovery process, I’ve decided to take a more natural approach - consisting of exercising, good diet, and proper sleep. If there’s one thing PFS has taught me, it’s to be incredibly cautious with what I’m putting in my body. The last thing I want to do is take something with good intent that lands me in a worse off position than I was before. I want every decision to move me forward, not backwards.

One of the primary issues I have been focusing on is my anxiety, specifically social anxiety. As many of you experience, PFS contributes to overwhelming anxiety and I personally believe anxiety has much to do with the underlying causes of PFS. For myself, it exacerbates self-hate.

I’ve made efforts to challenge my social anxiety and what I’m learning is that this is done through the process of achieving social confidence. I’ve had a very tough time with this because of my ED. It makes relationships with women incredibility awkward and uncomfortable - you guys already know this - and even men as well.

This is something we have not yet countered with a natural, healthy approach. I’m curious to understand your experiences with ED drugs. Again, I do not want to put anything in my body that could potentially set me back farther than where I am right now. Please inform.

I’m also interested in consolidating all of the natural remedies/procedures so if you could share your thoughts I would greatly appreciate it.
