very low thrombocytes - autoimmun disease because of porpecia?

Hi everyone

Just got some bllod tests a few days. My thrombocytes are very low with 57.000. Has anyone experienced this under propecia?
My Dr. said it could a auto immun disease. He want to do a bone marrow test soon.

what do you think?

when I went twice to ER in the hospital my WBCs were high as they are usually in case of infection. Dr was surprised and said there is no infection but I don’t know why they are high

I visited my urologist and he said all is ok. He checked my prostate.
I also had urine test that came ok.

have you tested your bone marrow and what about auto immune tests?
