Hey Guys:
Last night, while researching, as always, I came across an interesting site that I think may be of use to alot of guys here, myself included. Its boost-your-low-testosterone.com It’s not the most scientifically based sight, but rather a fantastic and concise tool for natural ways to boost testosterone. This guy spent thousands of dollars and many years testing all of these things on himself and is very knowledgeable about the varied ways to raise testosterone naturally. With the information found in this site, I am going to put together a comprehensive supplement regiment for myself along with what I am already doing with the info from this site. Most importantly, I found the Blakoe Ring that he mentioned to be of interest to me. I am going to purchase one shortly to see how the effects, if any, help me.
An update: These days I am faring much better than I was a year ago, that is obvious with the way I feel, and the way my cock functions. My anxiety is down tremendously from where is was. It used to be absolutely crippling, and now, I am getting flashes of my previous self more and more. My sexual function is now sufficient. The size isn’t quite where it was, but at least I can use it and finish with a bang! This is my regiment thus far:
First of all, the base of my improvement has been my diet. I keep it full of whole foods only, nothing processed and heavy on the fruit and veggies, raw of course. The rest is filled with cooked veggies, rice, quinoa, potatoes and natural meats as a garnish only. Supplement wise here it is:
a.m: Travacor for increased GABA action, on an empty stomach
Eat, then take 500mg Quercetin, 150mg DIM
EXERCISE
Fruit smoothie with maca
Lunch, 500mg Quercetin
Snack, fruit, take aswagandha root powder
p.m. Travacor on empty stomach.
Dinner, 500mg Quercetin, 150mg DIM
Before bedtime I will take 1.5-2g Phenibut powder, cycled with a 3-4 on 5-6 off schedule.
As for exercise, my energy has rebounded to the point where I have started doing P90X. I am in my third week and loving it. It works the shit out of you, but it’s well worth it. The strenuous exercise has really added to my well being. It’s the type of exercise that makes you almost cry it’s so hard, but when you get through it, it’s a relaxed feeling of bliss and accomplishment.
Despite all of the improvement I’ve made, I can tell that my test is low just by my experiences. When I was in college I used to lift and take supplements and I know what high test feel like. I’ve noticed despite strenuous lifting, my definition and muscle mass isn’t where it should be for the work I am putting in. It’s also harder to lift then it used to be. I used to attack heavy weight, and now it intimidates me. I am also more passive and less confrontational. My voice isn’t as deep and I have stubborn belly fat that should be gone, given my diet for the past two months. While I’ve made many improvements, these things leave me feeling kind of pissed. I know where I should be physically and I’m not there. I know it’s low test. Hence finding this new website.
What i plan to do is cycle some kind of test boosting supplement every day of the week. There are enough of them to where you could take them once or twice a week and still be taking something everyday and not building a tolerance to them, THAT it the trick to make them work for you. Anyway, I’ve typed way more then usual. If anyone gets the Blakoe ring before me, please post your experiences here. It would be well appreciated. Good luck guys. Hopefully you can benefit from the info on the low test site. Keep at it.
