Varying penis/testes shrinkage

I have been off fin for 5 weeks. The first week I felt very sluggish and then pretty much crashed at the end of the week. I haven’t been the same since. All the sides imaginable. Over the weekend I thought I was making moves toward recovery when I got three consecutive full nights of sleep, gained a few lbs and my penis and testes got a some fullness back. Then I had a few beers on Sunday and had sex with my gf. Then Sunday night and Monday my body feels like it has crashed again. I lost weight, feel drained, anxiety, shrinkage, no libido etc.

Anyone else feel periods of percieved recovery like this only to see it get worse after? Note: every time I get a decent amount of sleep, which is about 3 maybe four nights a week if I’m lucky, I seem to get morning wood, usually softer, a few times solid. Just trying desparately to get any information as to the chances of recovery. At five weeks and not getting an overall improvement has me terrified.

Yes. You need to change your diet and stop drinking alchool. It wont cure you but it will stop making you feel worse. I d cut alchool, caffeine, flour, and sugar (or at least diminish sugar intake) if possible. Eat fruits, vegetables, low fat meats, etc. Avoid processed foods. Your liver has to work harder for those.
