Varicose veins in the periprostatic plexus region

Hi there.
I recently did an ultrasound of my prostate(transrectal) and the doc saw that my veins in the periprostatic plexus region are dilated, which can explain my symptoms(fluctuating ED, lack of morning wood, position dependent ED) and contribute to venous leakage.
Did anyone else on here do a prostatic ultrasound and have similar/same problems? If you didn’t do an ultrasound of your prostate, then I would recommend you to do that just to make sure everything is fine there.

Sorry to hear that. Has he suggested any form of treatment or anything to help the diagnosis ?

Yeah, ofc he did. He prescribed me some diosin and cialis to take it daily for a month and if it doesn’t help then surgery is the only way.
