If you believe that PFS is a something that happens then dissipates and leaves its scars then yes it could be helpful in correcting/improving the mechanical issues caused by it.
If you believe PFS is still affecting the body then its not really targeting the root cause, working more like a band aid to offer relief for a short period of time.
Until all imbalances/chemicals are corrected i cant imagine it would offer a long term solution.

Again…I’m only going by what Khera had said and judging from the sincerity in his talk. He wasn’t trying to sell anything and that’s big with I’m sure all of us.
He explained how uncommon this particular machine is and that it’s too expensive so most clinics opt to get weaker machines OR machines that basically just make the noise and Vibrate.
I’m sorry to say but I suspect many guys who underwent Shockwave treatment and felt NO benefit got scammed. I’m sorry for that.
But the good news is Khera and this doctor here explained the 4 machines that would work and that 3 of the 4 are ONLY used in clinical trials.
Only one is out there that non-clinical patients can use and that this machine. I forget the name it’s in the video.
All the studies and science behind the positive effects of shockwave are based on these machines.
The other machines are bogus and are only good at stealing money.
Obviously this treatment will work on us to varying degrees.
My biggest questions is Will it work on fibrosis and calcification in the penis? Will it break them down?
I live in New York and this guy is in Indiana. Treatment is 3 weeks so I’d have to stay out there for a while. Maybe get it more frequent within 2 weeks but it’s very much on the table for me.

I don’t believe this treatment would improve numbness and libido. I’m not sure if vascular problems are really the issue. The guy in the video says that the treatment may not help guys whose problems are related to nerves or hormones. I can only speculate, but I didn’t really respond to viagra at all. Also, getting an erection isn’t my main problem. Loss of libido and sensation, ejac quality and all that appear to be bigger problems for me than the erections themselves.
I’m very sceptical this would work for me, but if this treatment was available to me in my country I would be interested in investigating the possibilities.
Given that this isn’t the case and only private/commercial/scammer clinics provide the service with radiowaves, this all hardly seems worth any big discussion you seem to be hoping for. I’m sure that if it proves to be fruitful, we’ll find out soon enough. But it would need to be tried out by people with actual access to the treatment.
When I had called a gainswave provider the first thing he asked me was if I responded to Viagra
In other words if you don’t then there’s a chance the shockwave wo t be needed or won’t work because there’s another problem
Like let’s say your penis is fine but your hormones aren’t good then why would you spend the money
