I have taken no treatments. Have atleast visted three docs, but realized they don’t even know, whts goin on.They said no drug can harm you for this much short duration of time.
I JUST TOOK 7 PILLS !!!.

Tell us your story, in your own words, about your Finasteride usage and side effects experienced while on/off the drug.
I was losing my hair with breakneck speed. Got a bit concerned. Went to the doc. He advised me to take Minoxidil and Finastride.
He gave me a dosage for 2 months. I got em and started with them. After just a week into them, one day i just tried to check out how does this drug
actually works and helps in hair regrowth. I was just hovering here and there, getting details, when i stepped upon this site.
After reading the stuffs over here, that very day i shunned Fin cold turkey. N then all my probs started.
Now i mean NO OFENCES to this site, in fact i cannot tell you, wht life saver this site is. Just been into pills for 7 days, i could not blv this is happening to me.
The morning wood was gone, not totally, but when i wake up, the erection is not the same that it used to be.
Libido Gone, I used to be quite a horny guy before, but right after quitting i realized i was not turned on even after watching porn.
Tried masturbating, but my memeber would simply refuse to get up.After two days to this, i was watching a porn, just to get a feel whether i m OK. I got an erection like before. The ejaculation was also good.I masturbated thrice that day, got the feeling that alls fine with me. Then in the morning the day just after, did not got any ercetion, even after stimulation.
I was devastated, could not blv this was haapening to me.
Just 3-4 days back, i was this sexually active person, n now felt like a dead meat.
Newyz, three days after quitting, the libido is getting back.
Sometimes, randomly i do get erections but they r quite feeble.
M getting turned on, but all the sensitivites seems to come to a halt,
just down below. Even though i feel like having sex with a girl, my memeber stays numb. In short, i cant feel my organ.
Today, its been 11 days since i took Fin and 4 days after quitting. I have visited 3 docs till today and they said that
this thing is just in my mind, i am alright. Havent done any bloodwork still, the docs say u dont need it.
U r all fine, Its just the shock thing that has affected you psychologically. In 7 days no drug can dent such a damage to ur system.
I dont know, whether really the problem is psychological and not hormonal, but m cracking up.
Day n Night m getting stuck up in the thought, tht m goin Impotent. Has started affecting me personally n professionally.
Got no clue wht to do. Y did i ever took this damned drug, and taking it just for 7 days and landing here is what makes it unbearable for me.
However, today when i visited a doc, he told me i will get fine.
N he told me to apply Cernos gel and to take Azcalian (for increasing the libido)tabs for 15 days. He
told me not to worry. Things would go fine. That was some relief.
Now when i just googled out, i found out that this Cernos gel is actually a Testosterene gel.
I am a bit concerned now, as to whether use it or not. Cause anyways its a steroid and may again go against the hormones and even if it works then it would be just a temporal soultion. I mean as long as u apply
u r fine, once u quit again the turkey comes. N m quite wary of using it regularly. The doc told me that this wud reverse the effect wht Fin would hv done. Is it so ??
If anyone has used fin for such a short duration of time n recovered plz help me.
