Usage Time vs Recovery Time

I’ve noticed a lot of people here only used the drug for a short period of time and experienced PFS much longer than the amount of usage time. So my question is…is there any correlation between the amount of time you use Prop with the time of recovery?

I’m really scared that if in fact there is a correlation, then it’s going to be a really time for me.

I used the drug for 4 years and only recently really started noticing the sides. I"m off it now, it’s been 3 days. What really scares me is that people that have used it for 2 days have experienced sides in the years, in my situation that would translate to a lifetime to get better.

Reasoning would lead one to think that it has less to do with how long you took finasteride for and more to do with how biologically inclined you are to experience the side effects.

I sure hope so. I believe I had a strong amount of testosterone pre-fin and that it help getting me back to normal. Seriously though this thing rocked my life man, its like I no longer have a purpose.

Hey man. Statistically speaking, you should be totally fine. It seems very, very, very rare that the side effects actually persist long term. With that said, I would take it easy and be gentle to your body. If you start feeling better, do not start going to town on yourself, do not start boozing again, limit sugar and caffiene etc. etc. etc.

Relax, be calm, take it easy on your body. There is a very good chance this will get better in the coming weeks and months. As we have discovered, it is very, very rare that this syndrome actually stays with people. Those of us who cannot shake the sides seem to be in small numbers.

Relax my man.

Yeah you’re right.

I’m with Broken_Pecker on this. Biological disposition seem to count for more than duration of use.
