US Propecia Litigation Update: Nothing happening in four remaining cases

Checked today. Federal courts presumably only partially functioning during CV19.

PS I happen to be a retired-for-now 51yo attorney in Washington DC. As I’ve reported to forum, I’m extremely fortunate my worst-case scenario PFS resolved naturally in 2.5 years (Dec 2014-June 2017) except profound sleep dysfunction which continues. You can email me MoviePosterCollectors@gmail.com, although pls first see my prior advice in earlier threads.

Hopefully she we nail Merck and set a precedent for deserved bigger pay outs.

Is that widow of the guy who killed himself on the train tracks ? The wife is called Kelly??

I believe/recall she refuses to settle and is fighting the big fight for her husband’s memory and to get the drug banned.

Hope Kelly takes em to the cleaners. Sadly, I suspect the result will be like Accutane. Roche pulled out of the USA, leaving us with generic drug makers that you can’t sue and a drug that will likely NEVER be taken off the market…

I’ve now approached 3 solics in the UK and none would pick up the case
