Had a visit with my urologist today. He said he just went to a urology convention where they had a presentation on PFS. He said the only treatment that was discussed was HCG.
I was glad to know urologists are becoming aware of PFS.

From my experience the urologists are the only doctors that understand the dangers of fin. It would be a step forward to make more endocrinologists aware and especially dermatologists (they seem to just be clueless or even malicious).

This is a positive change in the past few years and will hopefully impact the use of, and safety reporting of, Avodart (dutasteride) and other 5-ar inhibitors for BPH.
