Urgent help needed- feel ready to end it all

Guys really hoping someone can set me on the right track

Started taking propecia 5 years ago, come off it when I realised I wasnt interested in sex or women at all and everything that comes with that.

Been off a year and nothing has improved, been to see doctors had hormone and blood tests etc, they tell me everything is in range and nothing more they can do.

Ive hit a dead end and my mental state is just telling me to end it, i feel brain dead and not myself at all i have no get up and go! Everything is just negative

Where do I go from here, what basic things should I be doing to try and recover from this awful drug???

Improvements can take a long time. Many people find the first year extremely difficult but over time find improvements do occur, so do not lose hope. Further, with increasing media and medical awareness of this problem, research is beginning to take place to hopefully find answers.

Suicide is not the answer – rather, I would urge you to focus your anger and anxiety into generating legal and media awareness of the issues you and the rest of us are facing in your country.

In meantime get plenty of sleep, eat healthy, excercise if possible. Omega 3 fish oils can help aid with depression.

Pls post your bloodwork with ranges, often times docs say everything is normal despite being at bottom of the range hormonally, especially for Testosterone.

What is the abc of what we should be doing if we have the syptoms…i have seen doctors who have measured my test and its all in range where and what do I do now?

Hey buddy, trust me, do not give up! I have had a horrible, horrible time, but have gained some improvements after slowly finding good ways to treat myself. I know we are all different, but a few simple options which have helped me, that you may wish to try …

1.) Fish oil (mew told me about it a while ago and it helped a ton)
2.) Unfilitered apple cider vinegar and wormwood
3.) Follow the diet pattern on thecandidadiet.com (it will show you good foods to eat and foods to avoid and I must admit it has helped quite a bit… it is strict and there is no cheating, but whatever helps is fine by me)
4.) Try to relaxe and not drive yourself crazy, get rest and although it sounds impossible, do not stress yourself even more, just try and breathe

I know this situation seems beyond belief, but do not give up. The people on this site are doing everything in their power to move towards some type of treatment. Just think, if you can survive this and we do find a way to treat, life will be so, so much sweeter than ever before.
