I’ve had an upset stomach for about 10 days now. Tried probiotics and apple cider vinegar but it’s not improving. I feel sick and weak today, struggling just to go out to the shops. It feels like my stomach is really stressed, nervous in the morning without food and my heart rate is elevated.
Are there any remedies/supplements etc that I can take which are PFS friendly. I’ve got my diet pinned down to the bare minimum gluten free.
