Update: still completely recovered, raging libido for the last four years

Been taking mediherb 1/2 pill near each day for a while, you notice androgenic and mentally also… we will see.

Tell about it more, I notice a big dopamine boost the next day If I take half a pill only o BCAA

Anyone knows OP’s timeline gap between of crash to recovery? How long he suffered before being recovered? Anyone knows? Its been 5+ years for me and i started to wonder.

Has anyone here bought the Tribulus from OP here, or do you think this site is safe?

https://www.solutionsweight.com/

He said a year after the crash he started tribulus and a few months after that he was recovered.

Any updates from Trib experiences guys?

Going to try it if synthetic hormones don’t work on me.

Are you nuts? Why not try the safer thing first… don’t take hormones… that should be the last option. What is your logic behind this?

Any updates from the main guys in this thread? Or anyone else who tried trib?

Still experimenting, making slow progress. I do much better with 1 pill of tribulus a day, energy and mood increase substantially. However, if I go up on dosage that slowly begins to deteriorate.

Trib does not seem to provide any significant changes in erectile function or libido.

I have a big batch back home but I have not cycling since I wrote on this thread.

Do you take a pill every day or cycle it?

I’ve been cycling but I’m debating doing a 3 month run or so just goin for it

@BP86

I just recently finished my 2 bottles of MediHerb. Used a lot of things which helped me a little bit incrementally in the past year, so can’t really put it down to one thing:

-VemoHerb / MediHerb Tribulus
-Mucuna Pruriens
-Bicalutamide
-Creatine
-Sorghum
-Cistanche Deserticola
-AI’s (Letrozole, Arimistane, Tamoxifen)

I think that’s all the main stuff I used.

Currently I would say I am 50 - 70% recovered (worst days - best days). Had quite a big increase in all sex hormones recently (Testo jumped from 690 to 1000+) but I am still estrogen dominant at the moment because of 5-alpha reductase not working fully yet. Sorghum seems to help with boosting the 5-AR / DHT, but you have to have good androgen receptor density (taken Tribulus for a while prior to that) or you will likely crash.

Only big balls for me…

Hey Dae1 I took the Tribulus OP recommended and completed one cycle and towards the end of cycle i felt a huge increase in libido but it only lasted for a day. after i discontinued taking the tribulus i lost the increase in libido and i felt that it made it harder to retain an erection.

despite tribulus possibly making me worse in terms of retaining an erection after i discontinued using it i still think it has potential given that it gave me a temporary libido boost which i havent experienced in a very long time. something in it does work.
my biggest concern with taking the Tribulus OP recommends is the B Sitosterol content. I understand the Mediherb tribulus does not come from flower which reported has more B sitosterol but if you look at the description by standard process of their mediherb tribulus it says " Tribulus contains an extract of Tribulus terrestris herb (aerial parts - leaves and stems) and contains steroidal saponins, mainly furostanol glycosides (including protodioscin and protogracillin) and small quantities of spirostanol glycosides, sterols and other compounds"
What are those other sterols, could they be beta sitosterol which is known to cause impotence?

Tribulus can vary greatly in protodioscin content, additionally I’ve found some extracts are very estrogenic while the good ones (like MediHerb) will be anti-estrogenic. VemoHerb is somewhere in between and all the others are really mostly crap, so I think part of the problem is when people talk about “Tribulus” as if it was some universal thing when the active components vary so much from extract to extract.

While I don’t know the exact composition of MediHerb based on my experience it is by far the “cleanest”, and as Trump mentioned, 1 pill / day seems to be the sweet spot, going higher != better.

ok let me know how it goes in the long term with it. I understand it does improve sexual sides as it did for me but the effect worn off and i felt it made me worse in terms of retaining an erections after i discontinued using it.

i dont want to risk damaging myself more for short term improvement thats why i discontinued taking it. you get me?

Did you avoid masturbation before and after taking tribulus? Were you hitting the gym?

Most of the people that recover well from post Finasteride syndrome live a healthy lifestyle that encourages receptor health on top of doing things that can potentially cause a recovery.

Nofap, cardio, gym, fasting, etc all improve receptor health and can increase the effectiveness and reduce the risk of these hormone altering treatments.
