Exactly what part of us is being collected? And if we want to be part of the collection, how does that work? Like, do I have to fly out to Kiel?
Penile tissue is being collected. We have already recruited all patients and tissue collection started last week.

What kind of tissue? Is it like a small square of skin or is it more … significant?
Also, what is the realistic ETA on this study’s completion and publishing?

It’s a 3mm x 3mm piece of scrotal tissue. This kind of tissue has been validated as effected in previous studies.
From the date culturing begins, it should take roughly 3 years to publish. But as we have a good relationship with the researchers and are in constant contact, we should have actionable insights sooner.
