Anyone had ultrasound for pelvic muscles? I had and my pevic muscles are nervous.

Do you feel a lack of buildup with ejaculation/ orgasm? My pelvic muscles are probably nervous as well as the ejaculation happens so fast and I can feel the muscles create a fluttering/ spasms sensation.

yes. everyone here should see a male health physiotherapist. I took 2 sessions and erections returned. ejaculation developed.
