I prefer the strawberry flavor - mix it with water.
I tried it with milk but was allergic to something in the milk it made me breakout.

I put 2 scoops in 1 glass of water and chug it in the morning and at night. Thats 100 grams of Protein and 16 grams of glutamate per day.
I’m 200 lbs 6"1 i dont really workout right now but i used to a few months back. (probably will start again soon) You can take it without working out to see what impact it has on your body at least in the beginning.

I’ve been taking whey protein (and have taken optimum whey plenty of times) for about 2 years now. I take one in the morning, before the gym, after the gym, and before bed. Been doing this religiously, as mentioned.

I notice nothing.

It does have L-Arginine in it which CAN help, but it works best on an empty stomach.

Try L-Arginine (3-4 hours) on an empty stomach and see what you think.
