Hi guys it has almost two after quitting finastrede my main symptoms was insomnia which has improved decently but few months back I got typhoid fever than I had taken antibiotics for that but after a month I got reinfection of typhoid to treat this I m currently using triphala and giloy and holy basil I am having some problems in my sleep for few days and cannot figure out triphala and giloy is safe or not
