O Meal A Day (OMAD) which is a long intermittent fasting I’ve been doing for 2 years+ with no miss.

Drugs and herbs to make me sleep. It’s sad I had to do this, it was a dilemma, but without good sleep the body won’t recover as fast (if ever it does).

OMAD? How much weight did you lose that way?

25%. But I had that weight to lose.

I’m now rip with 10-11% body fat. It’s an excellent diet to do weight lifting. It’s also a trick to lift weight while glycogen depleted (no carbs).

Thank you. I’m not a body builder. I’m a businessman and an intellectual. The disease forced me to do this. I like it though…

Getting higher. I’m now at once a day. It was higher than that pre-crash.
