I showed you my bloods, I didn’t have low LH or FSH… nobody really knows what its doing to us that’s causing the severe side effects many of us have.
Everyone is different. There’s only a couple of examples of people with ok hormonal levels. The rest suffer low testosterone.
I don’t know your entire history, I don’t know what your feeling. There is a lot people are misinterpreting…to many differentials between people.

I don’t understand all the negativity around here. Those who’re complaining, what are you doing about the situation? Let me guess, nothing! You should at least be supportive when people report progress. He has been treated by a doctor, and do you know how hard it’s to find someone who’ll do this? They won’t give you any treatment without blood tests which suggest that a specific treatment may work. Moreover, all the symptoms of PFS are caused by hormonal issue(s), at least in my case - I’ve proven so with treatments, and I believe that the prostate is the root cause when it comes to sexual symptoms, or rather defect 5AR Type 2 enzymes which haven’t been replaced like they should.

okay so this is not what i expected.
On the treatment i felt 100% positive effects of HCG/HMG everything returned to normal. Vitality, mood,testicular size, penile state etc.
I believe the triptorelin has ruined the positive effects are gained from this.
Results 4 days after stopping 24/09/12.

Have you thought about doing another round? From what I read to get the “flare effect” of triptorelin it should be done once (100 micrograms) and only 4 times in one year. Just be careful if you think you might try it again.
However, all is not lost. From our discussions, this “flare affect” at least 100% absolutely reversed your penile bending, veins, thinning skin correct? That is at least very positive to know that the body responds to the increase testosterone, even temporarily. Have you maintain any of the benefits of the treatment?
I really believe this is a matter of high histamine (low progesterone) and our body’s response to it. Check out Declan, from Australia…he just had his histamine levels checked and they were way over range. Unfortunately, I am starting to think its “neurosteroid biosynthesis inhibition” so its not the production of progesterone…but the synthesis of it.
Correct the curvature went and the veins improved. The only positive sign still remaining is no more watery semen, it’s white and healthy looking.
My levels should be up since getting those tests a month ago, They don’t feel that low.
I am going to repeat a LH/FSH cycle without triptorelin.
As I said while i was on it i couldn’t keep a smile off my face, gentiles went back to normal including return of spontaneous errections, skin improved, cognitvely felt better, balls went back to normal, libido sky rockted.
My only assumption is the doing the triptorelin 100mcg over 10 days over stimulated the pituitary and had a negative effect.

Yeah i’m a bit gobsmacked why my levels dropped that low afterwards considering. Though i’ll stick with my theory of the triptorelin. We’ll see how things pan out, my levels haven’t been checked in a month. So i’ll see where i’m at and keep you guys informed.

Did i understand well? You took 500 u.l. of hcg every day 10 days in a row, did you? I think hcg is probably the drug has helped me more, actually i used to take 2000 u.l., not every day of course, either every 7 days or every 10 days or just when i wanted to take it,only once i took 2 syringes only 3 days apart, good results on libido and erection but i think it inhibited my own testosterone production as after finasteride and before hcg my testosterone was high, after 3 months after i took hcg lastly it was normal but lower than before hcg, after 5 months it was very low, even under the normal limit. Now i haven’t checked my hormones since march…
i took 500ui for 10 days straight.
Started another cycle of HCG/HMG without triptorelin. Made by Ascend Pharmaceuticals.
So far first round 500ui, Penis returned to prefin-ish state, testicles hanging normal.
Okay so i’m doing treatment again without triptorelin. I have to say so far so good. Testicular size back, penile size improved, cognitively feel great. I got out of bed this morning without feeling like I was bashed repeatedly with a rock. 400UI x 7 Days, getting bloods done. Decide if i want to do another week at a higher dose.
