Prostomal uno, contains serenoa repens a.k.a saw palmetto, will definately be staying away from this. I woke up today again (like the last 2 years) no morning wood, right testicle pain, genital numbness, and dripping urine… all my tests will be done by the end of the month including brain mri, hormones ,24 hour cortisol , and neurosurgeon meeting.
