Tracking your improvements (with your phone)

I’m constantly trying new things to combat PFS symptoms, but many diet/supplements take weeks to take effect. So I’ve been looking into systems that let me easily track what I’m taking, exercise regimen, and PFS symptoms in one place, and I believe I’ve found a method that works well for me. I thought I’d share:

  1. Create a google form with the items you want to track. I use a five point scale for a list if symptoms, and checkboxes for medications.
  2. Create a “recipe” on www.ifttt.com (“if this then that”) that sends a text message with a link to the google form to your phone every day at a specific time (it’s free).
  3. Receive text messages on your phone each day and fill out the form. This way you won’t forget to record your progress every day.
