Regarding the recent suicide of a member experiencing severe PSSD following trazodone, this study indicating the endocrine disruptive effect of trazodone from last year may be of interest to others.
As this demonstrates toxic effects on the male reproductive system in the presence of elevated serum LH and T, an effect seen in administration of antiandrogens such as Flutamide(1,2), I would personally be curious to see a study assessing the effects on AR mRNA levels, particularly given reports of side effects such as gynecomastia and an improvement in some cases of erectile dysfunction including notably in PSSD.
