If all the side effects went away and then came back months later it could very well be classified as anxiety/depression due to your hair falling out w/out any way you can combat it (as fin is best tool yet caused u sides).
this will more than likely be the diagnosis for you by Drs as you have labs that show normal levels (pls share).
not what you want to hear but i can’t see any licensed dr think otherwise.
hopefully you can find the underlying cause. in addition, have you requested a prostat check? you mentioned ur prostate is ‘shriveled’ up.

Hey Sean, I know things are bad right now but you will get through this in good time. For most people these things settle down after a while, and at your age your body should easily have the ability to sort itself out - even if it takes a little while.
The first thing you could do is get copies of your blood results. Normally this is just a case of going to the Doctor’s surgery and asking for them at reception. With this you’d be able to find out what’s going on, and exactly what they tested for. If you post your results here there’s a lot of knowledgeable people who can help you get a handle on things.
Otherwise my best advice right now is to try and get on with things as much as you normally do, even though that’s hard to do at the moment. Half the problem is not the side-effects themselves, but the knock-on they have on your mental state.

The hormone levels are usually enough to raise an eyebrow, we’re all young and should have healthy endocrine systems. The results are more like what a guy about to use TRT would have, or an old man. How the hormone status of an old man is passable for us I don’t and will never know.
I say that tho because I don’t believe this is just HPTA. There’s something else to this, something exact, causing it. And we all get the same 3 sides (fatigue, sexyal dysfuncton, brain fog), just not necessarily all 3.
I’m sorry this happened to you. Keep on your doctor. Show him this forum, cite our stories and how simmilar they are to each other and to your own. Show that idiot this video (burn it to data disc since a doctor will not walk over to a computer with you). Show him this is real and you want to feel vital and energized again. You will not accept a brush aside, you deserve health.
It’s also early and it may fade away for you as in some others, or go away as it did before in your case. I am not even close to being religious, but if there’s any sort of god I’ll hope praying for someone will matter, because there’s no damn way a kid, or anyone in the prime of their lives should have their vitality hollowed out and anesthetized by a medication.
The best advice is to carry on with the things you normally would do in life, but also to fix this problem the best you can.
^ That’s great advice there at the end. You want to try and live your life like you normally would, and only pursue this as one project going on at the moment. That’s very hard, as the temptation is to worry about it. But try as hard as you can to see doctors, book tests, evaluate test results and so on, without worrying about the “what ifs” inbetween. Statistically speaking, you’re almost definitely going to come through this fine, it’s just it might be a little rough patch for a while.
