Try to avoid painkillers. Give it some more time.

Have you tried taking Zinc? I saw that helped someone else with testicular pain on this website.
Daily update:
Pain has been much better today, still present but mild. I haven’t really done much today so maybe thats why I’m feeling better. I’ll report more next week.
Libido is back at 95%, expecting 100% in a few days.

Really glad to hear that. My libido is about 90% back since 2 days ago. Morning erections are inconsistent (mostly present) but I think they were always pretty inconsistent prior to fin. No sleep interruptions anymore which is a good sign that its getting out of my system successfully. Ill update you next week
Update:
Pain is much better, almost gone. I feel it sometimes only, here and there as if theres some pressure left, also some pulses of pain.
Libido back to 100%.

None, haven’t affected sleep one bit.
Really happy that you’re progressing well. Keep us updated.
Another update: they will be fewer from now on because my problems has more or less subsided.
Hair loss sucks, yes, but losing my libido and having pain sucks even more.

Thought I’d check in and update you guys.
Libido is 100% back, almost 110%… lol. Just as it should.
Maybe once every 2 weeks i get a tingle in my testicles, but I can’t even tell anymore if it’s propecia-related.
Maybe my posts helps someone in the future.
