Too much dreaming

It has been 1 year since i quit finastride but insomnia has little improovement with too much dream will it ever resolve

You have made this topic a few times. I have never understand what you mean by “too much dream/dreaming”.

I can understand what he’s saying, I was having intense dreams every time I slept, usually you wake up and can’t remember them but this was happening every single night I slept very surreal.

I experience this as well. Very vivid and complex dreams

I experience the same thing. It’s because being aroused out of those stages of REM sleep causes dream recall. We’re not sleeping deeply enough.

I have them too. Vivid disturbing dreams most nights
