Just throwing down a few notes here.
All trans retinoic acids such as isotretinoin (Accutane) have been shown to generate long-term remission by inducing sebocyte apoptosis, decreasing the expression of TLR2 and pro-inflammatory cytokines in monocytes and suppressing MMP production.
What im currently looking at as far as trying to reverse this possibility.
COMMON OVER‑THE‑COUNTER MEDS SHOW SIGNS OF BOOSTING ANTI‑CANCER IMMUNITY
Histamine receptor 2 is required to suppress innate immune responses
Cytokine secretion following Toll-like receptor (TLR)-2, TLR-4, TLR-5, or
TLR-9 stimulation in the presence or absence of histamine or famotidine (H2R antagonist) was quantified.
Deliberate manipulation of H2R signaling may suppress excessive TLR
responses to bacteria
RESULTS:
Histamine effectively suppressed TLR-induced cytokine secretion
Famotidine reversed this suppressive effect
im being selective with the cliff notes, just looking at possibilities.
