Life is becoming more and more ruined.

I have the same type of headache. Do you have neurologist? It’s good to get cleared of the typical things (tumor, seizure, ICP, etc.). Otherwise, for the headache I’ve found that an ice pack and Tylenol help somewhat, but nothing close to comfort.
