Tired, puffy, and feature-less face

I know a bunch of guys have had this side effect. I was wondering if guys here could share their hypothesis’ regarding the exact mechanism of how this facial transformation takes place.

Man, I look totally different from about four years ago; though I have been off this poison for more than a year and a half now. Is it safe to say that this is a permanent thing?

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks for your response; some really helpful links on there. Glad to know you are seeing some positive results. I have tried Tom’s exercise #5, but gave up after a couple of months; for I would get terrible headaches. I might give the other exercises a try.

Do you do them all, and how long you have been doing them?

I’ve been doing them all and I’ve been doing them for a month. Fin made my eyes and cheeks puffy. However, I have noticed a difference in the puffiness from the exercises. I haven’t seen any new hair growth from exercise number 5, but I haven’t been losing any more hair. I think the exercise might be working, but we’ll see. At the moment, keeping my hair would be a benefit, but that is not my main goal. I just want to look masculine and young again.

Try using the olive oil cleansing method. I’ve seen really huge improvements as far as skin quality goes from that. Also, really tr eat lots of fruit. Its been making me look and feel a lot better as well.
