Time of day make a difference?

Doc did not want to order all the recommended tests, which I anticipated. He did order Testosterone, TSH, CBC… Said wanted to wait on the results before anything further…

I know that it is typically recommended to test for Testosterone in the Early Morning. Is this still the case for those suspecting PFS?

If I’m worried that my Testosterone levels are low then to me it wouldn’t make sense to test during a time when you expect them to be elevated. But, if you guys say morning, that’s when I’ll go…

Yes, time of the day make a big difference. Try to make the test always nearly on the same Time.
The best time for this 8:00 am to 10:00 but better 8:00

Consistently the time of day that I feel the best too. Granted this is my “night time”, and I wake up in the afternoon feeling like a bag of piss.

Thanks guys.

I am currently abstaining from sex/masturbation. I’ve read of some others doing that. Would that affect the results in any significant way?

I hate to keep asking dumb questions but I know these results can vary depending on many things. That’s why I was worried that if I had the blood drawn during a time of day when it is highest by default, that the results would give the wrong impression relative to the rest of the day. Although, I’m sure they know to take that into account…
