Can propecia have an effect on the Pituitary Gland???

No i do not have pre fin values.
I weighted in at 205 on my last doctors visit (about a year ago) before propecia.
Now been off propecia for about 7 months
i am barely holding 180
My appetite is down. I can eat but i cant gain any weight.
my hands and feet are always cold!
Sex drive is way down.
Brain fog is problematic.
Tired every day in the afternoon.
I sleep about 8 hours evey day now, always very tired in the morning.
Close to giving up on trying to get better nothing is helping.
