Those with problems after exercise: would it be a good option to do an incremental training?

One of the ways in which some illnesses such as MCS are improved is through an incremental exposition to the substances that cause problems, starting with small exposures that almost cause no symptoms and always controlling the reaction to such exposures, trying to relate it with positive emotions. In CFS the approach is similar.

I wonder if those with several problems after exercising could slowly exercice again if we started with a very low intensity training, and through the months we started increasing the intensity.

Has anyone tried to do it this way?

Not yet but I think I will try this. Lately even moderate exercise leaves me fatigued for days with severe headaches and anxiety
