Those who tried alpha blockers with success - which one is better, Prazosin/Minipress or Alfuzosin/Uroxatral? How long do they take to start working? Is there another one that's even better?

Question says it all.

Currently I’m on my third dose of Alphuzosin/ Uroxatral and I don’t seem to be getting results. Shrinkage, erectile dysfunction, numbness and tightness/ retraction are still the same. Is there still a chance it can start working if I keep taking it?

Would Prazosin/ Minipress work better?
