I’m a PSSD sufferer. In like a week I could after crashing I could tell my testicles shrunk (was when I checked, might have happened from day 1).

For me it didn’t progress, was very rapid for about 60-70% of prior size. penile shrinkage did progress tho, I guess from the lack of erections.

I experienced tissue loss to the shaft of my penis on stopping the drug. That was over ten years ago and the tissue loss has remained. It seems that most of the guys who fill in a member profile have experienced changes to their genitalia. I would hope that each one of them also reports all of their symptoms to their country’s pharmaceutical surveillance authority. There is not one peep about this on the prescribing literature. If this made it there then the multifacted harms caused by this drug would get more coverage.

@HopefulRecovery @gomesemog @Scotsman I have slight loss of fullness when erect. I believe this is fully reversible as a spoke to someone with PSSD who’s seen windows of this reversed when messing with his hormones.
