i recently went to my primary care doctor who asked if i wanted to try cialis. He gave me some samples and a perscription. I am very hesitant to try it, I was wondering if any of you have had positive experiences with this drug or experienced and bad side effects. I was planning on taking it just one weekend and possibly never again since I am leaving for a new job soon. I really don’t know what to think of it.

A more natural route, although it is a much weaker PDE5 inhibitor, is to use Horny Goat Weed, aka “Epimedium Sagittatum” (active ingredient: icariin). There are studies out there supporting its use in erectile dysfunction. Some info… en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epimedium
If I were you, I’d try the natural route first, and consider trying Viagra (small dosage) 2nd since it is not as long lasting or strong as Cialis, therefore if you are prone to side effects they will not last as long (a few hrs vs days with Cialis).
Viagra worked for me the few times I tried it (not on libido, though). Cialis, strangely, had zero effect on me. My doc said it’s common that one might work and the other doesn’t in her experience prescribing them.
