I found the following things that raise Libido greatly, useful in case of propecia damage (but not only ):

Heparin (topical) applied to the penis (or maybe even applied elsewhere):
Similar compounds also work, such Glycosaminoglycan Polysulfate, probably easier to find OTC at the pharmacy.
Will make a tingling sensation & libido will go so high it’s almost impossible to resist.
To counteract (if overdosed, or effect too lengthy), try NSAIDs, like aspirin. -
Alpha Lipoic Acid (oral)
This one works great, and for a few days. If it doesn’t work try to raise the dose up to 600mg which is the normal maximum. -
Vitamin C (oral) also can enhance libido somewhat (especially adjuncted to the above ones):
Take vitamin C, up to 2 grams daily (and make sure to read side effects of vitamin C overdose over the internet). Multiple days (up to about 5 days) of vitamin C might be needed to see the effects. -
Iron (oral)
– Check for Iron (blood exam: blood iron, ferritin, transferrin) and if it is on the low side, you can take some iron daily. Be sure to read side effects on the internet and be aware of the risks before using. But normally I don’t think iron should be needed, already heparin and possibly vitamin C should suffice. -

these are less powerful than the ones newly found, above.
However you can stack them together…
Also note that after many years (like 5 I think) of stopping propecia, normal libido returned for me, and I also read similar reports of this fact in forums like this one. That’s a too long time to wait, though.
By the way, if you want to enhance physical strength in general, try this:
- Glucosamine Sulfate, 1200mg at morning and 1200mg evening
- vitamin C like said above, at least 0.5g morning + 0.5g evening
- Infrared light, 100w incandescent IR lamp such as those sold on amazon and ebay for snakes and human body, 7 minutes twice daily aiming at any part of the body except eyes and testicles. Keep close to the body but move continuously, do not burn yourself, the objective is not that of raising body temperature.
Just a few days to see the first improvements.
