There is hope + substance to look into

I thought I will raise to topics in one posts:

  • First, a low carb diet, with a lot of greens (mostly spinash and arugula) in the morning has helped me. I went almost 6 months with almost no numbness, although libido was around 5/10, still functional level for a relationship, together with cialis…

  • Second: Numbness came back after increase in carb, it also seems that mayonnaise has soy, and the last couple of months are not so good…

  • I have seen substances that activate androgen receptors Did anyone look into that?
    forskolin is one example (available to purchase online)

Forskolin? Did you take it? What are your improvements generally?

No I did not, but after searching the forum it seems 3 people tried it (at least as reported), 2 saw improvement after few days, one did not see.
I am surprised there is no response from anyone on the androgen receptor issue, which is THE key issue as far as we know.
