The strange way I avoid/relieve (more often than not) a crash after ejaculation

Hi all.

Thought I would share with you a “strategy”, if you want to call it that, that I implement in order to if not avoid, at least to relieve a cognitive/mood/neurological crash after ejaculating, be it after sex or masturbation.

I simply go for a fairly long, brisk 30min-1hour walk WITHIN 15 mins after orgasm, after which I take a soothing warm shower.

This seems to manipulate the body somehow and more often than not I experience that I am able to control the crash that would otherwise knock me out for a couple of days.

Surely this must be thanks to some endorphin release or something similar.

Have you guys experience that physical activity right after orgasm helps you to relieve or prevent an oncoming crash?

Is there anything else that you’re aware of that triggers a crash, @Capello? Could this method help there too?

In my case, negative train of thoughts/anger/stress can trigger crashes too, or at least make me more vulnerable to one. No doubt.

And the other way around too; positive thinking, relaxation,laughter and creativity definitely make me more resistant to a crash.

This will sound strange but I feel that I have reached a point where my dopamine and serotonin levels are very shyly changing in the right direction.
Just a feeling that my body and mind are giving me. Don’t know if I am right or wrong.

The reason I believe something serotonin-dopamine-related is going the right direction is that I can now “lively up myself” (just happens to be a very nice Bob Marley tune too) to some extent both mood-wise and cognitively just by thinking positively, I don’t know if this has to do with increasing dopamine/serotonin production which I believe had reached rock bottom levels and are now (maybe, just maybe) very carefully increasing.
